Chris Barnhill is a leadership coach who helps directors, VPs, and senior leaders think more clearly, lead more confidently, and handle bigger decisions well.

Before building Edge Leadership Solutions, Chris spent more than 15 years working inside complex organizations including Verizon, T-Mobile, and Apple. That background shapes how he coaches today, practical, direct, and grounded in the realities leaders actually face.

Chris has conducted more than 500 coaching hours and is an ICF Associate Certified Coach. He holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and a bachelor's degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Syracuse University.

His work is a strong fit for leaders stepping into bigger roles, managing more complexity, and wanting a place to work through real challenges with honesty and focus.

Chris lives in Baltimore with his wife, two children, and Bernese Mountain Dog.
